Your re-designed processes look good, especially the way tasks/processes can take place simultaneously. However, I agree with Jose, there is far too much HR involvement. You could try to depict how Google’s systems could help to improve the process. Perhaps once the new/existing staff have their ID, the system should allow them to place their own orders with all the verification checks taking place within that and with minimal involvement from HR…? This would be a good example to think about integrating the company’s system with the supplier’s system in terms of stock information etc…?
You seem to be leaving to HR a big part of the new process. Are you sure they want that?

What are the different sizes of the storage symbols?
Where is the excel file with how your proposed process fits the requirements of Google?
