Problems:
Employees can’t have choice therefore they can’t get what they want to have. If they can’t get what they need then they can’t work efficiently.
HR has trouble identifying who is new, who moves, who leaves, it might be a gap of sharing information inside of the Google, therefore HR doesn’t know the information then they can’t get the details. Inside of the Google Company, the employees chains always change, the department might be not like to talk to each other. Therefore it might have a problem of sharing information.
Solution:
When the employees got a job, they can get their own ID, then they will select the item which is they want to have by using online system before the working day. Then they will get what they want. So they will be motivated.
Each department should report to the HR about the employee’s situation including requirement and movement. Updating current inventory list under that person’s name and update the inventory based on the requirement. If the employee has to change to the other department, they need to return all the items.HR should sign it before the employees leaving.
